We want you to be happy with Benlai Calendar. Because the Service is digital content, it cannot be "returned" — but we still offer fair refunds.
Refund window
If you subscribe and change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Contact us at zggypn@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase and your payment reference. We will process eligible refunds within a few business days.
Chargebacks and disputes
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. If you have already initiated a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly and we will work to resolve it.
Renewal cancellations
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the app or by contacting us. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
