These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Benlai Calendar application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by the sole proprietor Gang Zhang ("we", "our", "us").
1. The Service
Benlai Calendar is a lunar calendar application that provides daily lunar date cards, solar terms, festivals, astronomical and historical information. Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
2. Subscriptions and billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. When you subscribe, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. All payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or redistribute its content without permission.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
